1. When will my order ship?
We try to ship your order the same day it was placed. We want our customers to be happy and not have to wait too long to receive their fabulous new clothes. As long as the order is placed on a Monday-Friday before 4pm and Saturday before 3pm it will most likely be shipped that same day.
2. Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is placed you will be sent a confirmation email to the email associated with your order. Once shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number for your package.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depends on your location. We are based in Southern California and most customers in California experience 1 business day shipping time. Customers in the Mid-West have experienced 2 business day shipping.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No, at the moment we do not but it would be an amazing accomplishment to do so in the future!
5. What is your return policy?

6. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, Please contact us asap so we can check if the item you would like an exchange for is in stock if it is not, we would have to process a refund.
7. Do your items run true to size?
For the most part, yes. If an item runs big or small it will be noted in the description. Please let us know if you want exact measurements of an item. We are happy to do that for you.
8. Do I have to create an account to shop?
Nope, you can check out as a guest.
9. What are your payment options?
Besides traditional credit card payments we offer Paypal and Google Pay. We understand that you may have security or privacy concerns, please keep in mind your payment data is encrypted so we do not have access to it.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. If the order has already shipped then a return will have to be processed. Read our Refund Policy here.
